FAQ's of M.O.R. APPARATUS:
Q: How is the M.O.R. Apparatus operated?
A: The apparatus operates via a user-friendly digital display panel, allowing precise control over testing procedures. It is powered by a single-phase 220-240VAC supply and utilizes a single gear type test speed for reliable results.
Q: What items can be tested using the M.O.R. Apparatus?
A: This device is specifically designed for evaluating the flexural (bending) strength and breaking points of tiles or blocks, making it ideal for manufacturers and suppliers in the construction materials industry.
Q: When should the M.O.R. Apparatus be used during production?
A: It is recommended to use the apparatus during the quality control phase to verify that tiles or blocks meet required strength standards before distribution or installation.
Q: Where can the M.O.R. Apparatus be installed?
A: Thanks to its manageable dimensions (483230 inches), the M.O.R. Apparatus fits well in laboratory settings, manufacturing lines, or quality assurance departments at export and supplier facilities.
Q: What is the process for testing a tile or block in the M.O.R. Apparatus?
A: Sample tiles or blocks are securely positioned within the machine, after which the user sets controls using the digital panel. The apparatus applies force at a fixed gear speed until the sample flexes or breaks, and results are displayed digitally for assessment.
Q: How does using the M.O.R. Apparatus benefit production?
A: Regular use ensures that only tiles or blocks with adequate strength reach the market, reducing failure risks, enhancing product reliability, and protecting your business reputation.
Q: Can the apparatus operate under varying environmental conditions?
A: The apparatus is designed to operate efficiently under low humidity (0.5), maintaining performance and accuracy in diverse environmental settings typically found in laboratories or manufacturing units.
